Our kind and friendly Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches are in need of a home for the summer. They promise to be quiet and unobtrusive! They require very little care: simply water every day or so and add some fresh fruits and veggies every now again (apple cores are a favorite!). Their ten-gallon (well covered) tank needs to be placed in a cool location. That's it! Simple!
If you are interested, please email your child's teacher or write a note and we'll be in touch. (Please indicate if there are weeks to avoid -- cockroaches are fine on their own for long weekends.) We would love to create a schedule to share the cockroaches among families to accommodate travel plans, etc.
